KCTS provides training programmes for all aspects of TPM. Our training mission is to provide solutions to support corporate TPM programmes.

KCTS's pedigree in the training of TPM is based on detailed understanding of the subject and our wide experience across a range of industries. This expertise can be used to train throughout the organisation from Senior Managers to the Shop Floor.

KCTS Training Series

A TPM Programme requires the development of an organisational infrastructure. KCTS recognise the importance of understanding the roles with the organisation and how they are supported in delivering the business objectives. We offer categories of training related to organisational roles and their use in the development and support of a TPM Programme. In this document we show what the roles are and how KCTS offers support to these roles through our training series approach. All courses offer scope for numbers to be trained and whether and how certification can be provided.

Certification

With training, it is important for businesses to know they are getting value for money and that trainees are meeting a required level of competency. KCTS achieves this through its 'Certification Program' where candidates are assessed as to their suitability to support and drive TPM Programmes forward.

The candidate's competency in the training material and ability to apply the learning is tested using a series of techniques throughout KCTS training courses and programmes. The assessment could involve individual and group discussion sessions, practical exercises and formal examinations.

KCTS recommends following a certification process, with all courses apart from the TPM Awareness Series.

Follow up Support

KCTS recommends running and operating a 100 Day Plan approach in many of its courses. The aim of this approach is to ensure that candidates have accountability to deliver and apply the tools and techniques practised. As part of this accountability and confirmation, it is normal for a KCTS consultant to visit the candidates to monitor and review performance. In this document, this visit is indicated as +1 in the 'Duration' column.
